WHAT IS IT?
Interval Based Strength and Conditioning Program designed to optimize strength, mobility and conditioning. Program utilizes varied intervals to best match strength demands, mobility demands and conditioning adaptation. In short, it checks every box the human body needs.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
TRX Suspension Trainer, a pair of kettlebells, an exercise mat, and space to move.
WHAT LEVEL IS THIS PROGRAM?
This is an intermediate to advanced program designed for those with experience utilizing kettlebells and TRX.
WHAT IS THE PROGRAM SCHEDULE?
Monday: Hip Dominate and Push Tuesday: Knee Dominate and Pull Wednesday: Active Recovery Thursday: Hip Dominate and Push Friday: Knee Dominate and Pull Saturday: Active Rest Day
WHERE CAN THIS BE DONE?
This program can be done in an at home gym setting, outdoors or in a commercial gym.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PURCHASE IT?
Once you complete your purchase you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase and an invite to join the Truecoach platform, free to you the user. Within the app you will fill out all pertinent client information, fill out a waiver and request a start date for the program. Once the start state is set, the program will be assigned and day one will start your 5 week training program.
